- Villa Renovation and Redevelopment:
- Parkland has executed the renovation and redevelopment of villas in Gombe. This involves structural and finishing work, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, paintwork, aluminum, and woodwork.
- Construction of a School, Orphanage, and Villa in Mont-Ngafula
- Parkland has executed the construction of a school, orphanage, and villa in Mont-Ngafula, in line with our goals of giving back to the community. This was a turn-key project where we performed the structural and finishing works.
- Refurbishment of the Tunisian Embassy and Tunisian Ambassador’s Residence
- Parkland has completed internal and external refurbishment, including changing flooring and ceilings, replacing all doors and windows, painting works, and replacing toilets, electrical, and kitchens.
COMPLETED PROJECTS
What have we done ?
- Prodimpex Garage & Offices: For this project, we worked on converting a warehouse into a garage equipped with offices at their new GB location. This involved the following activities: foundation and structural work, masonry, plumbing, tiling, painting, metallic & wooden works, as well as, roadwork involving the use of asphalt and the fabrication of footpaths and curbs.
- Proton Cabelec Factory: For this project, we fabricated the foundation and conducted concrete work, masonry, and painting.
- Marsavco Simba Noodle Plant: For this project, we executed work on the foundation, structure, masonry, plumbing, painting, and metalwork.
- AbeerCooling: For this mixed-use project where we constructed both residential and industrial facilities, we focused on the civil works, such as gray works, masonry, and plastering.
- We have executed the conversion of various warehouses to offices while working with metallic structures and reinforced concrete to meet our customer’s needs.
Ongoing Projects
What are we doing?
- Okapi
We are constructing a 55-unit, 12-story, luxury residential building on Avenue Kolwezi. For this project, we are responsible for gray works and all finishing works, including but not limited to painting, tiling, kitchens, firefighting, and MEP & HVAC works.
We are developing a luxury gated community consisting of 98 apartments, ten townhouses, and five villas on Avenue Kalemie. For this project, we are responsible for the gray works and all finishing works, including but not limited to paintwork, tiling, kitchens, firefighting, MEP & HVAC works.
- G+ 6 Residential Project: We are currently executing the gray works of a G+6 residential project in Gombe.
